The Essex Resort & Spa continues its proud culinary tradition with The Essex Bakery & Café.

Under the direction of Executive Pastry Chef Perrin Williams, The Essex Bakery & Café in the Essex Shoppes & Cinemas features a wide variety of house-made creations, including cupcakes, cookies, and pastries. The world-class Bakery staff also creates custom cakes for any occasion, including the finest wedding cakes in Vermont

Add to that a wide selection of daily breakfast sandwiches, an on-the-go lunch menu, and house-made ‘creemees’ year-round, and it’s clear to see why The Essex Bakery & Café is a little slice of heaven, right here in Vermont.

The Essex Bakery & Café will also offer a series of baking-related cooking classes onsite, in conjunction with the Resort’s Cook Academy program.
