Enjoy three seasons of wonderment on the area's big river systems during your Burlington fly fishing excursion, all within an hour of the Resort. Spring is the time of big hatches, big rainbows, and small mouth runs. As summer sets in, look more to the brook trout and 'bows in the higher streams for mid-day action, and fish the bigger rivers on either end of the day. Fall fishing in Vermont brings some great hatches and very active brown trout, as they move out of the big rivers into the tributaries to spawn.
