The Fitness Center at Spa at The Essex is also proud to be one of only two facilities in the world to feature the unique free-weight system designed by Precision Athletics. Specially-designed by an orthopedic surgeon, the system allows quick and easy transition from barbell to dumbbell, saving you time and effort and allowing you to keep your focus on the reps.

We are also pleased to welcome Tracy DeBrita-Gamelin, certified personal trainer, to The Essex family. An IFPA Pro Level All Natural Bodybuilder/Figure competitor, Tracy is available for personal training sessions, ensuring you get the most from your workout.

The Essex also has a movement studio, perfect for yoga, Pilates, or some time for quiet reflection.

Take a dip in our two pools and outdoor hot tub

Our indoor, four-lane, 25-yard lap pool is temperature-controlled to provide a soothing, muscular workout or just a welcome cool-down. Visit our outdoor pool and waterfall, a refreshing oasis on a warm summer day as you relax poolside with a refreshing beverage or a delicious midday snack. The oversize outdoor hot tub is the perfect way to wind down after a day of enjoying all that The Essex has to offer!
