The Essex, "Vermont's Culinary Resort"
Imagine yourself in Vermont for the weekend, cuddled up with a glass of wine in a cozy fireplace room,
snow gently falling outside the window. Imagine savoring food prepared by the renowned New England
Culinary Institute and indulging in an intimate cooking class. The winner of this prize will be the
guest of The Essex, "Vermont's Culinary Resort", located just outside Burlington, Vermont.
This AAA Four Diamond Resort, set on 18 acres, is a paradise for foodies. Prize includes:
two night's accommodations in a deluxe fireplace room, dinner for two in Butler's Restaurant,
two "Chef Inn Training" cooking classes (meal included) and full breakfast for two.

Menu for Hope
is an annual online charity event in which food bloggers donate a prize that goes into a virtual raffle.
Readers and others may then buy virtual raffle tickets for one or more prizes.

Dozens of great food-related prizes are offered each year, with proceeds going to the U.N.
World Food Program, which seeks to fight hunger worldwide. Last year's Menu for Hope raised a
staggering $62,925.
What We're Offering
The Essex is offering a two nights stay in a fireplace room with Chef “Inn” Training culinary class for two, dinner for two in Butler’s Restaurant and breakfast for two. All food is prepared by New England Culinary Institute.

If you're interested in buying into the raffle, here's what you need to do:
1. Choose a prize or prizes of your choice from our Menu for Hope at
chezpim.com
2. Go to the donation site at http://www.firstgiving.com/menuforhope4 and make a donation.
3. Please specify which prize you'd like in the 'Personal Message' section in
the donation form when confirming your donation. You must write-in how many tickets per prize,
and please use the prize code.
Each $10 you donate will give you one raffle ticket toward a prize of your choice.
For example, a donation of $50 can be 2 tickets for
EU01 and 3 tickets for EU02. Please write 2xEU01, 3xEU02.
4. If your company matches your charity donation,
please check the box and fill in the information so we could claim
the corporate match.
5. Please check the box to allow us to
see your email address so that we can contact you in case
you win. Your email address will not be shared with anyone.
