Continuing the tradition of culinary excellence, The Inn at Essex is pleased to welcome celebrated Chef Courtney Contos to our team of inspired Chef Instructors. Chef Contos joins us from Chicago, Illinois, where she spent her childhood and refined her culinary technique. In the past, she has worked with Chef Charlie Trotter, taught at Kendall College's Culinary School, and managed her own business as a personal chef for private parties and events. Chef Contos is dedicated to using locally grown, organic ingredients, resulting in the freshest and healthiest dishes possible.
