As Vermont’s first and only New England Culinary Institute (NECI) Partner In Education, The Essex is proud to welcome culinary interns from around the world, as they work to perfect their craft.

The Partner program affirms that The Essex is a preferred site for NECI students, giving them opportunities to grow and learn from our own staff of NECI-trained chefs.
