Q: Do you have high speed internet access?
A: YES. The Essex features complimentary high-speed internet access throughout the entire resort. The main building and the Mansion have high-speed wireless access. The Manor has hardwire lines in each guest room.

Q: Do you have an airport shuttle?
A: YES. We are just seven miles from the airport, and our complimentary shuttle service runs between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., seven days a week.

Q: Is there onsite parking?
A: YES. Free parking is available for all guests.

Q: How far are you from downtown Burlington?
A: Approximately six miles, or 15 minutes by car.

Q: Are you kid-friendly?
A: YES. We are more than happy to welcome your entire family to The Essex. The Tavern has a children's menu, and all our amenities are open to children, including our indoor and outdoor pools, and we have several kids bikes in our rental fleet. We also have Pack 'n Play units available for families to have in their guest room. Children are also welcome at the adjacent Northern Lights Rock and Ice, which has a three-story Rainbow Direct playground.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: YES. The Essex gladly welcomes dogs, cats and other small pets for a nominal fee of $25 per night. We also offer pet walking and pet sitting services. As the number of "pet-friendly" rooms at The Resort is limited, please inquire when you make your reservation.

Q: What does the Resort Fee include?

Q: What time is checkout?
A: Anytime before 11:00 a.m.

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Anytime after 3:00 p.m.

Q: Do you offer extended stay accommodations?
A: YES. We feature extended stay accommodations ranging from cozy studios with kitchenettes to premier two-bedroom luxury units, each with a spacious living room, gas fireplace, whirlpool bath, and full kitchen.
